View & Verification of The POD [ Orders Menu ]

Hi Shipper, 

In this article we will discuss about the explanation on how to use the View POD and Verify POD features of the Orders Menu on the Shipper Dashboard.

The following is the display of the View POD and Verify POD features :

View POD

View POD is a feature that allows you to immediately discover the POD (Proof of Delivery) or the proof of delivery in a photo file form. Making it easier for you to ensure if the shipment goes well.

As you press the 'View POD' button, you can see the proof of delivery in the form of a photo, as shown below : 

Verification POD

Verify POD performed after receive the physical POD and the recorded time of acceptance. Below is the display if you pressed the Verify POD button :

On the information order, if there is a POD symbol as shown above, then the Order process has been completed and considered as verified.

Next, please click on the Detail button and you will find related information to the verified time update as shown below :
