Menu Dashboard Display

As you login, you will be directed to the screen display of the Menu Dashboard.

On the Menu Dashboard display, you will discover many interesting variant of features, that provided Shipper on doing the Tracking Fleet Location.

Active, Offline, and Idle Status

• Active

‘Active’ condition enables you to locate your driver’s actual location, signal, battery condition, and last updated state from the signal of the driver that recorded by system.

• Offline

“Offline” condition enables you to locate your driver’s actual location, signal, battery condition, and last updated state that recorded by system.

Dark truck icon represents an “Inactive” driver.

• Idle

“Idle” condition enables you to spot dedicated transport with no assignments description.

Note :

• Driver’s vehicle location will not be detected after the driver finished the work through the application
• If you find any difficulties please communicate it with our Tech Support Ritase
