Hi Shipper,

In this discussion you will manage to obtain the definition, function, and how to use the Detail feature.

Detail (Management Trip)

The Detail feature is a feature that can help you to discover various related information from the Trips.

The following is the display of Management Trip page :

 

Please select the 'Detail' button, then you will be directed to the Detail Trip page.

On the Detail Trip page you will discover various types of information.

The following is the information display from the Trip Details page :

• Trip Information

• Order Information

In the Order Information there will be a status that explains the order stages of the process during a Trip. The following is a description of the order status: explanation of The Order Status : 

PU : Pick Up (Driver arrived at the Loading place)

LO : Loaded (Items have been loaded)

DO : Drop Off (Driver arrived at the destination of the item)

UL : Unloaded (Loaded has been finished unloading)

POD : Proof of Delivery (Proof of Delivery has been uploaded)

• Maps Information

On the Map Information you can see the point of the Pickup and the point of Destination location.

• Report Trip Monitoring

The Trip Monitoring Report contains information in the form of Order ID, Current Position, Remarks, Notes, and the Created Date. In order for you to carry out the overall monitor of the shipment process.

Detail [Trips Menu]  feature can be found at Orders Menu and also Dispatch Monitor Menu .

Notes :

• You can take a view on the actual information of the Vehicle , CBM (Dimension), and KG (Weight).
