Track Shipment [ Orders Menu ]

Hi Shipper,

This article will discuss about the how to use and the function of Track Shipment feature on the Orders Menu.

TRACK SHIPMENT

Track Shipment is tracking during the shipment process. This tracking function is to monitor the flow of orders, from the shipping process to receiving the goods.

The following are the steps if you want to do tracking of the shipment.

Step 1

Please enter the Orders Menu

Once you enter the Order menu, you will be immediately transferred to the Order Management page. To do the tracking, refer to the table in the ID column.

Step 2

In the ID column, there is a 'Share' button in every ID Orders.

That button functions is to share the location of tracking shipments to the public, so that everyone can view the tracking of shipment process with the intended ID.

Please click the 'Share' button

 

Step 3

Once you press the button, a pop up will appear on your screen, and provide you the instructions on publicly tracking the shipment process.

Please press the 'Activation' button to get the URL of the shipment process can be tracked publicly.

Step 4

The button will turn green, if the activation of the tracking is done publicly. Please press the 'Copy Link' button that has been given a red margin box.

 

Step 5

There are 2 methods for you to do the tracking, which are : 

1. Select the Copy Link button, and then you only need to "Paste" the Link by your favorite browser.
2. Copy the URL that will be found in the Pop Up Window, and paste the URL by your favorite browser.

Both methods have the same function but the efficiency is different.

Step 6

After you link the URL, you will immediately be directed to the Tracking Shipment page.

By clicking the '>' button then you can overview the status of your shipment.

The following is the display of Track Shipment process :

Information on the Track Shipment contains by the form of an Order Number, Transporter, Driver, and Status of the shipment.

• The Shipper may provide a link to the team, the shipment team or the recipient team.
