Order Status [ Shipper - Dashboard Menu ]

Hi Shipper,

In this article we will discuss about the Order Status feature on the Dashboard Menu.

ORDER STATUS 

Order Status function is to show your status and detail from the Order.

Here’s the screen view and the description from the Order Status feature :

 

The Order Status contains couple of features, which :

• Order Status : To understand the detailed status of the shipment process.

 

• PO Number / Order Number

 

• Vehicle License Plate Number / Driver's Name

 

• The Driver's Status in Shipment Process

 

• Weight and Dimension of Goods

 

• 'Detail' button

Please click on the ‘Detail’ button to allow you observing the Order Detail

Next, you will be directed to the Detail Order page and observe the beginning information of the shipment process until the termination process of the shipment.
