Conversation [ Shipper - Dashboard Menu ]

Hi Shipper,

As you login to the Shipper Dashboard you will be immediately directed to the Dashboard main page.

On the dashboard page you would find a  “Conversation” feature at the lower left corner of the page. This feature functions is to provide shipper to express their issue they want to convey.

Next, as you click the 'Conversation' feature, you are able to contact the Admin or Transporter according to what your needs.

ADMIN

Admin feature contents of 2 parts, it contains Group part and Personal part.

• Group, is a chat feature that occurs with many admins in one conversation
• Personal, is a chat feature that occurs between the Shipper and one admin only.

TRANSPORTER

Transporter feature is a chat feature between the Shipper and the involved Transporter.

INFORMATION

Below are the functions of the 'Conversation' feature :

• 'Attach'

To attach the file that can support your conversation

• 'Close' Button

The button functions is to end or close a conversation.

• Type Your Message

'Type Your Message' is a feature that will help you to communicate with the Admin or Transporter by transmitting messages to each other through the 'Conversation' feature.

• 'Send' Button

'Send' button functions is to send Your conversation.

• Minimize

To minimize your unfinished conversation is by clicking the area on the red margin box :

• Information

The available information on the ‘Conversation’ feature are the Name of Admin or Transporter that currently being contacted and the Schedule of the conversation

Notes :

• If you find any difficulties please communicate it with our Tech Support Ritase
• You are allow to attach file one the conversation feature
• Please state a complete information such as : shipment number, driver's phone number, vehicle license plate number, pickup/delivery and also your smartphone screen record. This can accelerate Ritase team performance on doing the check.
